Apartment description

Spacious apartments with a terrace and well kept surroundings offer you a good place for rest and relaxation. The parking within the house is able to facilitate 2-3 cars from each end. Currently there are 3 apartments on offer, all of them have (***) rating and can accommodate (4+1) people. One apartment is located on the ground floor and two are on the first floor.

Apartments are 52-54m2 in size + terrace. Each apartment is equipped with a kitchen, living room, bathroom and additional washroom, 2 bed rooms, AC, satellite TV, internet access (on demand).

The warm climate combined with all the offered accommodations will provide for a pleasant stay from 01.05 - 31.10. There is even an option of renting the entire house (includes the forth ground floor apartment) for a larger groups and longer periods of time.

Guests that are flying in to Zagreb or Split airport can have transportation to and from the airports organized per request.

Conditions of reservation

• The minimum booking period is 7 days.
• Check-in: after 14:00 on the day of arrival
• Check-out : before 10:00 on the day of departure
• For reservations to be confirmed we require a deposit of 30% of the total accommodation price, which is to be paid within 7 days from the reservation day. The rest is to be paid not later than 30 days before arrival or directly to the householder upon arrival.
• Reservation change or cancellation is possible not later than 30 days before arrival.
• Tourist tax is included in the accommodation price.
• Apartment cleaning and bedlinen/towel change upon each arrival.
• Extra bed available in the living room at the price of EUR 10 in May, June, September and October and EUR 12 in July and August.
• Apartments are fully equipped for food and drink preparation and consumption (oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffeemaker, utensils, tableware).
